Q. "What does it cost me if you don't help my site get found?" 
A. Nothing. You will get all your money back. Period. But it's never happened. 

Q. "What are keywords and keyword phrases? What's the difference?" 
A. Keywords and keyword phrases are the same except that keyword phrases have more than one word. In our example, hand soap, bar soap, lotion and wilson's soap are four keywords. Some of them, you'll notice, have the same word (soap). Since it would be unlikely to be able to be found under soap (way too much competition), we recommend using at least two words to make up a keyword (phrase), increasing the chances of being found. And that's our mutual goal. 

Q. I'm still not sure I understand the cost. 
Do you mean that every time someone finds my website in the Top 10 of, let's say, AltaVista, that it costs me $60?
A. No. Having a ranking of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 in AltaVista for one of your keyword/keyword phrases will cost you $60. Once. Only once. Let's use the chart again. Key3 is lotion. If 250 people come to your site over a 6 month period because they searched in AltaVista for lotion, saw your site at #8 and liked what they read about your site, great! It still only costs $60. The cost is a one-time cost for the ranking, not for how many times people use it to find your site.

Q. What are others saying about Search Engine Positioning? Do I need it?
A. According to the Financial Times of London, you do need it. Read their November 7, 2001 article here. 

Q. And when do we pay? 
A. Payment is made in advance. There is no collateral as we are unable to repossess the search engine rankings (once you're in the top 10, 20 or 30, you're stuck there for a while). 

Q. What if it doesn't work? 
A. It doesn't cost you anything. At the end of 180 days, we will refund the unearned portion of your money or keep working until the 'agreed to' results were achieved. For us to continue to work your project, both parties would have to agree, otherwise we will refund your unearned portion immediately.
